Terms for Parsora.

These terms govern your use of Parsora, including the free Deep Dive and any limited-access features.

1. The service

Parsora is a Google Analytics intelligence service operated by Cihangir Analytics Consultancy Ltd., company number 09597715, registered in England and Wales with registered office at 565 Green Lanes, Haringey, London, England, N8 0RL. Parsora analyses read-only GA4 data and presents business observations (“Parses”), supporting evidence, Data Health information, Explore views and review exports.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to connect the Google account and GA4 properties you select. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and Parsora sessions and for ensuring that your use of Parsora complies with obligations you have to your organisation, clients and data subjects.

3. Free Deep Dive offer

Parsora may provide one free Deep Dive per eligible GA4 property. Eligibility can depend on factors such as sufficient history, session volume, access permissions, service availability and anti-abuse controls. A property that fails the preflight Data Health/evidence threshold should not consume its free Deep Dive.

We may change, pause or end the free offer, add usage limits, or introduce paid plans in the future. Any future paid service will be presented separately before you are charged.

4. Google Analytics access

Parsora requests read-only Google Analytics access. Parsora is not authorised by this connection to change your GA4 configuration. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

5. Analytical output

Parsora is designed to help you interpret analytics evidence, not to guarantee business outcomes. Parses and recommendations may be incomplete, uncertain or affected by tracking quality, attribution, sampling, data availability, configuration, seasonality and other factors. You should apply appropriate judgement before making business, financial, legal or other consequential decisions.

6. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to bypass entitlement or rate limits, interfere with the service, probe or exploit security weaknesses, access another user's data without permission, automate abusive volumes of requests, or use Parsora unlawfully.

7. Saved reviews, exports and feedback

Parsora may save completed review snapshots and archived PDFs so that the result you received remains reproducible. Feedback you submit may be used to investigate issues and improve Parsora. Manual product-research inspection of an individual Deep Dive is subject to the optional consent described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and service changes

Parsora is an evolving service. Features, output formats, integrations, eligibility thresholds and availability may change. We may suspend access where necessary for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material technical constraints.

9. Intellectual property

Parsora, its software, branding and product design remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights you have in your own data. Subject to these terms, you may use and share your Parsora review exports for your own legitimate business purposes.

10. Privacy and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account and Google Analytics data. The Account page provides controls to disconnect Google Analytics and to delete your Parsora account and live-service data.

11. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every GA4 configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Ending use

You can stop using Parsora at any time, disconnect Google Analytics, or delete your Parsora account. We may restrict or end access where these terms are materially breached or where continued operation creates security, legal or service-integrity risk.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the Parsora service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
